In northern Vietnam, we have several users who run stores to sell pellet fuel, allowing customers who have had stoves installed by us to purchase fuel nearby. This time, we visited the pellet retailer "Kamimori Shita" in Uonuma City for fuel delivery. We have been working with them since 2018, entering our fifth season. It seems that many people, including those who did not have their stoves installed by us, come by. This time, we delivered 160 bags, so we parked a 2-ton truck next to the warehouse behind the building, which serves as a storage facility, and pulled a cart for horizontal movement close to the loading area.
